Vendors are responsible for any loss or damage to their own merchandise at all times. WeCare Animal Disaster Response Unit will not be responsible for Acts of God, theft, fire or loss of personal or saleable properties. Vendors shall sell only in designated areas.

RELEASE

Vendors releases WeCare Animal Disaster Response Unit, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents indemnities and other contractors from any claim(s) arising out of exhibitor's reservation, cancellation, attendance, participation, and booth location, including but not limited to any and all, loss or damage to merchandise, or acts of third parties, including customers and other vendors, etc
